Shipping Policy

1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping excludes any import duties or fees charged by the destination country (see section 3).

2. Delivery Times
Orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be longer because of customs checks, courier delays, peak seasons or events outside our control.

3. Import Duties, Taxes and Fees
Free shipping covers the cost of delivering your order only. It does not include any import duties, customs fees, taxes (such as VAT or GST) or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier or customs authority before your order is released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

If you refuse to pay these charges and your order is returned to us, we may deduct any resulting costs from your refund.

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking details where available.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
